    Refined Performance & All-Weather Capability

Under the hood, the 2025 Subaru Ascent is powered by a 2.4L H-4 gasoline direct injection, DOHC, variable valve control, intercooled turbo, regular unleaded engine with 260HP. Mated to an 8-speed Lineartronic CVT with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, this powertrain delivers seamless acceleration and refined efficiency, achieving an EPA-estimated 19 MPG city and 25 MPG highway. Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive works in harmony with dual-function X-MODE featuring hill descent control, giving you quiet confidence on rain-slicked pavement, snow, or unpaved secondary roads near Alto. Supported by a four-wheel independent suspension, active torque vectoring, and bold 20-inch black aluminum alloy wheels with P245/50HR20 all-season tires, this vehicle strikes the perfect balance between smooth highway cruising and rugged all-season stability.
