If there are models that we're taking a lot of questions on it's the Subaru Outback Wilderness and the Subaru Forester Wilderness. These vehicles, of course belong to the new Subaru Wilderness lineup of vehicles. This provides more adventure and capability off the beaten path and we're here to tell you a bit more about them.
With the Subaru Outback Wilderness you're going to find:
- A larger 9.5-inch ground clearance
- A 260-horsepower turbocharged engine
- Climbing ability at a 40 percent grade
- Redesigned roof rails to help carry the weight of a rooftop tent
- An anti-glare hood
With the Subaru Forester Wilderness, much of the same features are found and that includes:
- 9.2-inches of ground clearance
- X-Mode with all-terrain tires
- Ability to hold 800 pounds of static weight on the roof for tent sleeping
- A wider liftgate for more space
Both have Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive along with a number of additional modifications to make sure it’s a vehicle that can conquer the trail outside Grand Rapids. We're happy to provide you with more details and ordering information so you can experience off-road capability from a brand known for reliability and toughness in a Subaru.
Of course, you can also browse our current new Forester and new Outback lineup here at Fox Subaru where we'd be happy to provide those in Belmont, Rockford and Grandville with a test drive.
