The Five Steps We're Taking to Keep You Safe

1.) Schedule Your Appointment by Calling or Scheduling Online: One of the things that hasn’t changed is that you can still schedule your service appointment by calling or going online. Simply pick a time and date that works for you and our team will start preparing for your vehicle’s arrival.

2.) Pickup at Home: On the day of your service appointment, a member of our team will come to your home to pick up your vehicle. It doesn’t matter if you live in Grand Rapids or Grandville, we will come to you. All we need are the keys, and we will take care of the rest.

3.) Approve Work to be Done: When your vehicle arrives at our service center, it will be looked at by a member of our service team to determine what work needs to be done. If anything unforeseen arises, we will contact you immediately, providing you with full transparency.

4.) Pay Your Service Bill: Once the work is completed, we will give you a call and you can pay your service bill entirely over the phone. A member of our staff will walk you through all the steps through to completion.

5.) Home Delivery: After your bill is paid, we will return your vehicle to you promptly courtesy of our home delivery service. We’ll return the keys to you and be on our way with minimal contact.
